mNotice

mNotice'll blocking all application when windows booting.

Manager can register Notice from web editor with schedule.

Client must see the notice when windows booting.

when client see the notice, they can work with application in PC

The following prerequisites are required

* Windows Installer 3.1 * .NET Framework Client Profile
